What to Expect
Assessment

Back: When you arrive | Up to: What to Expect | Next: The Massage

Your therapist will review your health history with you, and if you have been in before will follow up on how you're doing since your last massage. Your therapist will note any changes in medications and in your area(s) of concern. Because massage affects multiple systems, such as the cardiovascular and nervous systems, it is very importance to be honest and complete with the therapist about your health. All information is kept strictly confidential.

All the questions asked by your therapist are aimed at designing a session that meets your needs. All massages are performed based on what each individual requires.

 Hours:
  • Monday to Saturday
    • 10am to 7pm
  • Sunday
    • 2pm to 6pm

Also available by appointment

  • Monday to Friday
    • 7pm to 9pm

Once the therapist has the information they require they will discuss the plan with you, tell you how they would like you to lie on the table to start the massage. You may then undress to your level of comfort and lay on the table between the sheets, once the therapist has left the room.
