Be certain that you have enough time to arrive at your appointment. Please call as soon as possible if you are going to be late. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if at all possible.

If this is your first appointment, plan to arrive ten minutes early so that all the necessary paperwork can be taken care of.

If possible do not eat immediately before your appointment

Drink plenty of water in the days leading up to your massage

  • Monday to Saturday
    • 10am to 7pm
  • Sunday
    • 2pm to 6pm

Also available by appointment

  • Monday to Friday
    • 7pm to 9pm
If you have a fever, were recently involved in an accident, if you are dizzy or nauseated, have wounds, rashes, large bruises, or severe sunburn it is not a good idea to schedule an appointment. Please call or visit us on-line if you need to reschedule.
